Lunch Applications

Hi Boeger Families:

Attached is the Free and Reduced Lunch Application and information.  We are required to collect one from EVERY FAMILY in our district (RS, AB, VV, IJA, MP).  If you KNOW you don’t qualify, please just fill out the student name and write “Does Not Qualify” across the application. 

If you need help with the application, please call 408-223-3713.

Once you complete the application please either take a picture of it or download it as a PDF and email it to lunchapps@mpesd.org.

Aquí está adjunta la información y la Solicitud de almuerzo gratis o reducido. Estamos obligados a recolectar uno de CADA FAMILIA en nuestro distrito (RS, AB, VV, IJA, MP). Si SABE que no califica, simplemente complete el nombre del estudiante y escriba "No califica" en la solicitud.

Una vez que complete la solicitud, tome una foto o descárguela como PDF y envíela por correo electrónico a lunchapps@mpesd.org.
