GO BOBCATS!

Overview
August Boeger Middle School offers sports to boys and girls over the fall, winter, and spring seasons. Interested students can contact the Co-Athletic Directors for try-out and eligibility information. AB offers the sports listed below.
Fall Sports (August - October)
- Cross-country (boys and girls) supports physical and mental health. Runners learn to pace themselves and gain conditioning that can be foundational to healthy living and to other sports
- Softball (girls) provides a great workout. It develops motor skills, strength and leadership. Teammates often create friendships that last a lifetime.
Winter Sports (October - February)
- Basketball (boys and girls) is a fun and competitive way for students to improve motor skills, strengthen their bodies, develop mental agility, and reduce stress.
Spring Sports (March - May)
- Soccer (boys and girls), the international hand-shake, helps build valuable life skills and shows students the value of hard work, good decision-making, and communication. Through healthy competition, it teaches teamwork, cooperation, and ultimately good sportsmanship.
